Re: Newly Diagnosed: How do I get into remission??

I've been on the QXCI as well but it hasn't mentioned about mercury for me but that doesn't mean it's not a problem. I heard about mercury fillings being bad & the possible link to the ulcers in the colon so I asked an independent dentists advice about getting my 4 mercury fillings removed & replaced with white one's. He told me that it probably wasn't worth the risk as the dangerous point when the mercury goes into your system is when you have the fillings put in or taken out. So if you've had some put in years ago, chances are the mercury has filtered away through your body now anyway & by removing them now only increases your chances of getting more mercury into your system. He also said that yes he agreed non mercury would be a healthier option but the mercury one's are far superior & last a lot longer than non mercury. I valued his opinion because he didn't have anything to gain by putting me off as you have to pay to have them replaced here in the UK anyway....
