i am truly excited

my personal thanks to pilotlight for the trag and gg. the rest of my ingredients are on their way. my mannapol is going to be the watered down stuff, but i am looking for something cheap that anyone can do and something highly effective, which is why i am going the symbiotic route. when i have the whole thing put together, i will give my recipe and then give it a whirl. a good friend of mine and i are going for it. we are also on an orange juice fast right now, so that will clear the way for the glycos to act on the gut without interference. should be highly effective if it is going to do anything at all. it may be my friend goes off the fast by that time so we will have both conditions going.

this is my month folks. and this year is going to be the best of my life, i just feel it(which means its probably going to be a tough one for folks overall). i want to thank duane and everyone else for the outstanding contributions you have all made to this project, this forum, and our overall understanding and good health.
