I DO NOT KNOW THE ANSWER TO THE WHOLE QUESTION. HOWEVER, DO NOT DRINK WATER AFTER DRINK THE OLIVE OIL. WHEN YOU DO DRINK WATER AFTER THE OO. IT CAUSES THE OIL TO FLOAT UP TO THE TOP CAUSING YOU TO VOMIT. IF YOU ARE THIRSTY. YOU CAN SIP A LITTLE WATER BUT VERY LITTLE.
