I did a flush last night and I got a really bad stomach ache today. I also thought I was going to be sick. I ache and my skin hurts.
I am also uncomfortably warm.The flush itself was ok. I have done them before but never felt this bad. I would appreciate any advice. I also would like to thank
everyone for the great advice on this website. It is a blessing.
