Gallstone flush

Its time again for another flush as I have been having pain since Saturday for about 6 days. I usually do these flushes every 4 months as that is when the continuous pain starts again. I never did a real parasite cleanse but I take olive leaf extract caps each day (supposed to help kill parasites) and only use olive oil daily. My question is I use the Hulda Clark e flush and I cannot find ornithine where I live so what do I use as a substitute so that I can sleep through most of the night?
Last flush I did not have any ornithine also and had a miserable time, feeling all pains and not sleeping. Any ideas?
