I had Gallstones but instead of going through the "cleanse" I simply took the advice of my naturopath and took choline. It worked!
It turns out if you don't get enough choline in your diet chloesterol does not imulsify and turns into stones.
Taking choline will PREVENT Gallstones and get rid of them if you take it long enough.
If you take too much choline it could cause muscle tension and headaches so don't go overboard. I find 125mg of choline is fine for me, but most of you will probably tolerate more.
