i believe a colonics is good for some people. it is a good thing to use once is a while but i do not believe you should make a habit of it. someone once told me if you have ibs you should not have an colonic. there are always opinions. if you get an colonic make sure that they also do massages. my colonist massage certqin reflex points on my foot to make my colon release more.
some colonist suggest you have a series of 6 or 8. one a week. be careful . you only know how much you really need. i did have 6 the first time i had great results. being a vegetarina i do think need that many. i have 1 or 2 a year. it is a good experience.
