Just did Dr. Claude Lewis gallbladder cleanse - what now?
Hi, I've perused this website a few times and finally got desperate enough to try Dr. Lewis's cleanse. Let me give you a brief history. I'm 32, have always been healthy (so I thought) always had a great complexion (until last few years) and I need to lose about 20
lbs.
About a year and a half ago I began having stomach pains. I finally went to the doctor and she said "watch your diet". Well, I didn't - not consistently, because the pain was not consistent. I was able to stave off the pain for awhile until it started keeping me up at night. I finally had a gallbladder ultrasound and yes, I have gallstones. Also had a bloodtest and tested positive for the h.pylori bacteria. Took
Antibiotics for that. Some of the pain went away - I thought it was gone until last week when I had the worst "attack" so far. Very painful. Since then I have been so careful about my fat intake and eating plenty of raw foods. I did the cleanse yesterday - well, it's almost 5:00 am where I'm at. I slept a little, but I feel really sick to my stomach. I've had one bowel movement, nothing surprising.
Does this really work? Did I do this right? I've read now that you should do the
parasite cleanse first. I obviously didn't do that. Should I do this now? Should I cleanse my gallbladder again - and if so, how soon? It was pretty tough getting the last bit of olive oil down, but when I thought about the alternative I managed to do it! When and what should I eat and drink this morning? Anything? I'm hoping this works. I did drink quite a bit of water during the day (before the cut-off time). I didn't use my juicer b/c I was outside working all day and I'm mom to small children. I was faithful about following the procedure.
Where do I go from here? I'm really hoping the pain will go away -even when I don't have the extreme pain I often feel sick to my stomach and I'd love it if my complexion would clear up again! TIA
