The source is not accurate, unfortunately, as I did not think about taking written notes of all the names. Anyway, it was a broadcast I think 25 of April on French satellyte channel Arte, at night. This broadcast was made, by others, by ZDF, because a German engineer(?) wanted to study Chernobyl problem and met professor Tchetcherov. Everything they say has been filmed by ZDF and... I cannot remember. And they also showed a record made by the equipe of professor Tchetcherov, who should still be there, in Tchernobyl. I hope I have given enough info to you.
I just want to add: former Russia has suffered because of totalitarism and then of prejudice, and we European should not be too much against them. WHo are we to pretend to be the best ones?
