thanks, wizard. i read the entire submittal this time, and i looked up the patriot act, though i haven't gotten all the way through that yet. does anyone happen to have any concrete references re. the government's attempt to revoke term limits for the president (23rd amendment?)? my sister, a poli sci grad student, and i, have been bantering back and forth on that one. she seems to believe it's just a rumor; i'm ready to suspect anything at this point.
