Re: for real or bs?

I can asure you I am not a distributor in any product and I have posted pros and cons on the products that I have used myself at great expense. I have had UC for 22 years and believe me, my opinions are very honest in hope it may help others from this terrible disease. Right now, the only product that has cleared everthing up IS Primal Defense and I am on no meds for the first time since I have had UC. I have recently added yerba mate tea (bags) to my diet and have found it has helped even more.
