for real or bs?

Hey, I've noticed alot of distributors posting messages about there products and make it sound like they have experienced results themselfs. I woundering whats for real and whats BS! any one with real insight about yerba mate, primal defence or tranfer factor? Id rather not spend more money on things that dont really work.thank you for any help you can give me.
