Triphala /trifala/

Lately I came accross that herbal formula for bowel cleancing and body detoxification.
I read a lot about it over Internet and it made me very curious, sounds like panacea.
I would very highly appreciate if someone knows more about it or fortunatelly have used it to share experience.
