A strange Pain & burning???

Hi Everyone,
Today is my 29th day on the P&B bowel cleanse. I have been doing well. Passes muciod plaque once in the form of 'the deflated balloon' but thats it. I get in 2 shakes a day but shoot for 3 but only get the 3rd one in half the time. I also started the parasite cleanse Saturday so today is day 3 on it.(black walnut hull tincture, ground cloves, Wormwood from Dr Clark store)....
Today I woke up with a strange pain in my tummy. It is located about 3 inches above my belly button. It is not a stabbing pain just sore to the touch. I first noticed it when I bent over to pick up something. Nothing major, just sore. So I thought maybe some easy massaging would be in order... I feel a very small lump/knot there & like I said it is sore to the touch.
Also I had a strange burning feeling that went across my chest (only lasted a couple of seconds) then the same sensation went across my stomach area (again it lasted just a souple seconds) It hasn't happened since.
Also... yesterday (2nd day parasite cleanse) I had a short coughing spell... just for a min or 2... the sound of the cough was a congested chest sound but it passed & I haven't coughed since but I have kind of had a little soreness in my chest.
What I am wondering is ... has anyone else had any of these things happen to them? What do you think I may be? Do you think it is something to do with the bowel cleansing or the parasite cleansing? Is the pain in my tummy a parasite or maybe muciod plaque? I've not seen any proof of parasites yet but I'll keep looking & posting.
I am posting this on the parasite forum too in case someone over there wants to respond that doesnt hang out over here.
