hey Ocean i think most people think die of is normal. when it really can be worse than the actual, what ever it is. get your excersize and water and salt. but what you really could use is a immune helper supliment. i dont know your blood type but somthin like coconut oil will help with the cold chills. i heard that thyroid function may contriblte to that. but in any case get your imune system workin. excersise is good but if your severly dehydrated then start slowly and drink lots of water and that will help get the toxins out. and dont forget to drink a couple cups of water after you get some good excersize.
i once went to bed with a winter coat hat and mittens on in the winter and i was cold as ice. do resuerch on coconut oil. peace
