In a shaker add 1 inch of juice (I use orange) and 8 oz of water. Then put in two tablespoons of liquid Bentonite and 1 large teaspoon of powdered psyllium. Shake for about 10 seconds and drink (chug it down fast!). Do this in the morning when you wake up and in the evening before you retire.
For a least a week: Eat nothing but fresh fruits and veggies and drink tons of water (drink at least 1/2 your body weight in oz. of water per day).
Work out too it helps movce things along.
