I am already taking whole flax in the Dr Schultze psyllium/bentonite mixture, and flax oil as a nutritional supplement, but I haven't seen flax hulls available anywhere. I will search for it. I know that fibre (as well as starches and sugars) produces gas, some more than others, and wheatbran is a definite no-no for me, but oatbran is usually OK (at least for a time). The probiotics I have taken have been various brands, including Prebio7, which made not a tad of difference, but it is definitely during this slow Bowel Cleanse that I'm getting the worst for a while now. I do take Neways Revenol antioxidant and Maximol vit/min solution, and I have taken one brand of superfood which I thought was the gas culprit, but since I stopped taking it, the gas continued! I will continue with my regimen, and meantime look for the flax hulls.
