(especially imdyinghere) isn't this site a true blessing!!!!! here's my 2 cents worth... i am another dr.schulze believer. seriously - don't give up. you can heal yourself. as far as I.B.S. is concerned, i think you all have just described my painful and embarrasing symptoms... i have been using dr. shulze intestinal formula #1 with wonderful results as far as constipation. i am still dealing with an unpredictable bowel, and am getting ready to do the intestinal formula #2 cleanse. still working on getting the recommended three movements a day (per Dr. Schulze instructions). as son as i'm there, i'm going for it! listen imdyinghere - call 1-800-HERBDOC, and get on your way to recovery!! hang in there, you're not alone!! - susan
