Re: John E., I know your reading this. Please post in your name and tell everyone the truth

Having just saved my family from sending the snake oil salesman, John E., any money for his ridiculous product. I am writing to say I totally agree with bludini. I went to the following website which totally debunks all of the statements on John E.'s website. Goto: http://www.chem1.com/CQ/johnellisbunk.html and see for yourself the outright lies and dis-information he posts on his website. Do this before you send this third rate car saleman any money and save yourself a lot of grief.

Now if John E. himself is reading this, I have a few questions for him.

1.) If your machine is as miraculous as you say then why don't you offer a money back guarantee. Because if it worked as you say then no one would ever want to send it back.

2.) If you are unwilling to offer someone's money back then why don't you offer a free 90 day trial. If your machine does what you claim then no one should ever send your machine back. They would see that it works as you claim and in fact order more so they could connect them in series so that they could get the purest water possible. Pure BS.

3.) On your website why do you have a disclaimer for your product when you state that it is so miraculous and can do wonderous things.

4.) On your website you claim some doctor at UCLA medical school has used your machine in his experiments. Where is the documentation and research from this doctor to support your claim. Where are the links an your website to this research.

5.) Have you had your machine tested by UL laboratories to verify that it works as stated. Where is the documentation and research.

6.) Has Consumer Reports ever run tests against your machine and if so where is the documentation.

7.) Where is the relevant scientific research and documentation to show that your machine adds electrons or shifts the hydrogen bond angle as you state on your website. What proof do you have that your machine does anything that you claim on your website. All you have are assertions but no independent research to back up your claims. Screw those stupid pictures of ice you show. Ice crystals can grow in all types of formations. Idiot, thats why no snowflake is the same as any other snowflake, they're all unique because each crystal grows a different way.

8.) Why are there no links on your website to an independent analysis of your machine and its purported abilities. And, I don't mean your neighbor or your wife or your uncle. I mean a totally independent analysis of your machine with documented research that contains all the bells and whistles. The reason is is that your machine is just a lousy copy of an actual distiller.

Now for all of you that need a simple refresher course in water chemistry goto these websites and learn more about the water molecule and hydrogen bonds.

The following is an excellent site for novices on water chemistry

Better yet, goto Google and type "water hydrogen bonds"

Note: The Chuck Yagiar used on John E.'s website is not the famous Air Force pilot, he spells his name Yeager and in would no way would he be associated with a flim-flam artist like John E.. Although, I can't speak for General Chuck Yeager himself.

And bludini, thanks for sticking your neck out and warning the general population about this scam. And thanks for helping to save my family from the grief and heartache you have suffered by posting your experience with John E..

Bludini, I think if you intoduced John E. to the state attorney general in the State of New York, you might actually get some satifaction. That S.O.B. has gone after some people big time for their deceptive and fraudulent practices and come away with some big payouts. His name is Eliot Spitzer and can be reached at this website: http://www.oag.state.ny.us

I intend to look into federal government agencies that might address John E. website and his fraudulent and deceptive advertisement practices. If everyone who has been duped by this fraud works together we can shut him down or at least make him admit that his machine is just a cheap replica of an actual water distiller.
