I could have written your story. PMS is very real. I have it myself.
What I'm trying to do:
Low mucous diet- 50-75% or higher raw fruits and vegetables, no grains at all except brown rice maybe once a week and something like a half a pita or whole wheat tortilla occasionally. No animal products at all, no
Sugar at all. The other 25% or so can be steamed vegetables or a baked potato or beans.
Juice fresh fruit and vegetable juices every day- at least one
quart total. Use seasonal produce, organic if you can get it.
Drink at least 2
quarts of distilled water every day. I'm sqeezing the juice of 2 lemons in mine and adding a 1/2 tsp of celtic
Sea Salt to the pitcher. It's very refreshing hot or iced.
Exercise, sun, fresh air, daily. Get enough sleep. Learn a joke a day (really, try it! :-D)
Do
Dr. Schulze 's Foundational Program. You have to do the diet and this foundational cleanse or you won't get much out of the tictures.
Order and take his Female Formula as directed.
