Cah Hernias be handled without surgury?

I have developed a hernia over the last couple of years and it is getting steadily worst. I have been told, even by knowledgeable health food professionals, that this one can only be properly dealt with by surgery or just dealing with or minimizing it.

I refuse to accept that the body can not heal everything given the correct environment.
