had adominal myomectomy,anemia, craves ice constantly...

Dr. Richard Schulze ,I was amenmic before the surgery. I was on depo lupron shots for six months prior to the surgery to shrink the fibroids. Use to have hot flashes during the injections. I no longer have the hot flashes but now I crave shaved ice at least 3 to 4 times a day.Is this a symptom of something I need to be concerned with. I also had rheumatoid arthirits since the age of 17 and now I'm 39.It's in remission but I would like to know what kind of natural regime i should be on?
