Why the need for disclaimers?

I read with interest the disclaimers, I quote

"What cures one person, may kill another"

and

"Please. always seek help from a health professional
before choosing to following any advice given on CureZone.com"

This is contrast to some of the other pronouncements eg that Liver Flushing is less dangerous than not liver flushing.

Seek help from a health professional? When health professionals come here they get a hostile reception. How do they find out enough to able to advise their patients in a meaningful way? Why do people need to consult their health professional?

If the treatments here are as safe as some posters make out ( I was assured harm was as likely as being struck by a meteorite) why the need for disclaimers?
