Excellent post! I agree totally with just about everything that you said with one or two exceptions. Maybe I am wrong here, but my concerns are these:

1. A very large percentage of African Americans, Asians, Hispanics and Europeans are said to be lactose-intolerant. How would eating dairy be of help to them?

2. Is it not true that vegetarians have fewer health problems?

3. From my experience with Westonaprice.org, this is a front for the beef industry. This site is unfriendly to vegetarians. Why is that? It appears to me that they offer some excellent nutritional advice, and then "throw in" advice to eat red meat. Also, no matter how "clean" the cow's diet, doesn't it go to the same slaughterhouse as other cows?

Just my thoughts.
