Re: Pink tongue

This is my first time doing the Master-Cleanse and I am on day 5 and my tongue is alreay pink. It wasn never that white from the beggining but some coating was definetely there. I eat pretty clean for the most part and I exercise a lot and drink about 3/4 gallon of water a day all the time so may be that's why its turning pink so quickly. Also I was feeling really good already. I wanted to this because I wanted to give my stomach and intestines a rest and also a clean up and restoration. I haven't had much bad effects except for a very slight headache on the second day. I am considering going to 7 days and that's it. I am not hungry but I also miss the chewing of food part of it. Also I do weight lifting and I haven't stopped and I have plenty of energy but I am loosing weight too fast and I don't want to loose too much of my muscle mass. Tweet
