BUT I KNOW THAT I JUST GOT THREW THE
MC DOING 10 DAYS STRAIGHT THERE WAS TIMES
THAT WERE HARD BUT YOU CAN DO IT!!!

AND CLEAN AFTER THE FAMILY. AT TIMES
IT FELT LIKE I WAS A MAGNET TO THE
FRIDGE. NOT THAT I WAS HUNGRY I
MISSED THE FELLOWSHIP OF EATING
I COULDNT SIT AND WATCH WHILE THEY
ARE EATING. WELL YOU CAN DO IT! IF
I CAN YOU CAN. EVERYONE THAT KNOWS
ME CANT BELIVE I DID IT! STICK IT OUT
YOU WILL FEEL MUCH BETTER AFTER ALL THE
GARBAGE IS OUT..... TIFRS

Hi there....some people's tongue turns pink around the edges on a 10day fast...but most people's tongues don't go completely pink in that time. It's okay. If you do the Master-Cleanse a couple or few times a year it will eventually happen!

At least you're not hungry....if you're bored with the lemonade, just turn your attention to something more interesting!

If you are bored with lemons, try limes. I think it tastes a lot better. The book says lemons or limes so try switching it up.

This is my first time doing the Master-Cleanse and I am on day 5 and my tongue is alreay pink. It wasn never that white from the beggining but some coating was definetely there. I eat pretty clean for the most part and I exercise a lot and drink about 3/4 gallon of water a day all the time so may be that's why its turning pink so quickly. Also I was feeling really good already. I wanted to this because I wanted to give my stomach and intestines a rest and also a clean up and restoration. I haven't had much bad effects except for a very slight headache on the second day. I am considering going to 7 days and that's it. I am not hungry but I also miss the chewing of food part of it. Also I do weight lifting and I haven't stopped and I have plenty of energy but I am loosing weight too fast and I don't want to loose too much of my muscle mass.
