Hi there, thanks for your input. I haven't heard of a swiss ball but I presume a few questions in the right places will get a result - sounds interesting. I am looking for a way that I can increase my exercise (which won't be difficult since I don't do any at the moment) without it becoming another chore involving elaborate aids and time schedules. Something I can maybe do in the small amount of spare time I get, and while I also watch tv (am I asking the impossible do you think ?)
