Great articles!

Great articles SC!

The breathing squat is different from the regular squat in that instead of inhaling on descent and exhaling on lift, in the breathing squat you exhale on descent and inhale on lift. Not to mention that the breathing is deep, controlled and diaphragmatic. Its almost becomes like yoga (where you inhale on the lift portion of a movement).

Has anyone tried this (either with or without weight)? How does it compare to the regular squat?

JV.
