See if your new gym has group exercise classes....
they are the ultimate way to exercise... you stay modivated for the whole hour..it is fun and challenging.. best of all.. you see results really fast.... Step classes are my favorite....

Dont forget about weight training too... just light weights will help you burn extra clories and really tone your body!!
