I've quit health clubs because I lost interest. I have many workout videos. Set of Buns of Steel, Set of TaeBo, Set of Yoga, etc. YOur body needs to keep changing the exercise as I learned at the fitness center.
So at home, I do exercise stretch bands, light weights, a different variation when I get bored, speed walk occasionally.
My favorite right now is Pilate. They are all stomach related exercises. I don't struggle with 100 crunches anymore. Winsor Pilate is next on my list.
I have Chi Quong videos, they are great. You can look healthy with out looking like a bodybuilder.
