Replying to criticism and questions

Hey, I am excited about this new forum! Hope it takes off!

This post is related to a post I just made in the fasting forum.
What do you say to people who question why you (or rather, why I) exercise? They say I am "thin enough" already. (Meaning I am not overweight, like they are. I am not a stick). My primary goal is to be fit. This includes some weight training. People also ask why I would be interested in that, but I want to tone and define my muscles, reshape my body somewhat.

I guess it's not anybody's business what I eat or do, and I don't owe them an answer, but I would like some good ideas on replies.
