No push ups please everything should be easy and not a gym workout! Just go from the sometimes called cobra position to a reverse V with the arms straight and while doing so breathe in with your nose deeply and as long as it takes you naturally to complete the movement then basically without a break (natural breathing break is ok) go back to the start position while breathing out thru your mouth.
