1. 5th rite - Do we need to do it like push-ups which is strenuous or we just get into inverted v position and change to head up position directly without doing like a push-up
2. Breathing I normally used to do was to breathe while getting to head up position and breathe out while moving to inverted v-position. Some five tibetan sites suggest breathing in while moving to inverted v-position and breathing out while geeting to head up position. Which is right?
