Re: Losing benefits if you skip a day

Hi Thomas Zurdell, I am so glad you answered my message. This used to be a pretty active forum but not any more! Mostly I have been a lurker on this forum. But I must tell you that now I am up to 21 reps each of the Five Tibetans; I have been doing them since about April. (I didn't increase them by 2 a week as you're supposed to.) I have gotten in the habit lately of only doing them on the week days and them blowing them off on Saturday and Sunday. At first I was doing them in the late afternoon after I got home from work, but now I have gotten in the habit of doing them in the morning - not first thing though - that is too much! I haven't really noticed any health benefits; I didn't really have any serious health problems, but I am quite pleased that I am now able to do 21 reps of the exercises, because to me some of the exercises seem to be difficult to do and that is the only exercise that I get (besides moderate walking). I did notice that after I'd been doing them for a month or two that my joints started cracking a lot, spontaneously - my wrists and knees and ankles - weird. They still do now but not as much. Any insight on that? Maybe they were just loosening up? They don't hurt when they pop. Well, I hope we get some more people on this forum - where are all the people who used to post on this forum? I will check out your website more thoroughly. It looks so interesting! Cheers . . .
