I've been doing yoga and now I've become bored with it and decided to go back and try to do the Five Tibetans again. However, one thing that discouraged me when I read the book is that Keldar says you must do the exercises everyday and that if you skip more than one day in a row you lose ALL the benefits y0ou ever gained! Has anyone who has been doing them regularly ever skipped more than one day in a row? If you did, did you think you had to start again at ground zero?
