Re: greetings from five rites for three years
This is also my first time writing to a forum! I am a woman soon to be 35.
I started doing the rites about three months ago. I travel a lot in my job and there is very little regularity in my life, still I need to be energetic and there are some demands on how I look. I thought the 5 rites would be the perfect excercise for me and my lifestyle.
I have not lost weight (a little disapointed, but I haven't changed my diet yet...) but I have an overall feeling of positivity since I started doing the rites. My energy is stronger and I am just proud that I am doing these excercises everyday.I am very careful and slow to increase repetitions.
Funny, but sometimes after I have finniched rite no 4, I get a feeling of happieness. Does anyone else experience that?
Also I wonder if it lessens the effect of the rites if you drink water inbetween the excercises?
My feeling about the rites is that you must be patient with yourself and be content even if progress is slow. You are doing your best, which is the most important thing here.
