greetings from five rites for three years

Hello fellow practicioners. I am new to this forum--indeed, any forum-- and would like to state for the record that I have been practicing daily for almost three years and I will swear by its benefits. I have practiced alone the whole time, and have met next to noone who has even heard of the rites--therefore I am grateful for this forum. Good luck to you all in your endeavors; I will check in again soon, so please feel free to post any questions to me about my experiences with the rites, and I will do the same.
