Re: Unbelievable strength...
I know what your talking about. I practiced the rites periodically in the military with 10 other yoga exercises that teach the art of coconut breaking. Those exercises were designed to strenghten the internal organs. Sometimes I also practiced the Joshua shout.
One day (1993 or 1994)I went outside and found 5 soldiers in our platoon trying to pull a truck canopy over a trailer bed on a good old fashion truck. They were strugglin like anything and putting all there weight into it. They asked me to join in, I asked them to move aside and let me in. With one hand I pulled the canopy down and started to clamp it with my right hand. It was so easy, I saw some surprise looks and some scared looks, one soldier told me that I need to go get laid and another said I should start smoking again. What a world we live in. Always have strong resolve in anything worth doing and remember anything worth doing is worth doing now and anything not worth doing is best to put off for another time.
These arts are very simple to do over time and produce very powerful results. It is good for those that practice to know the difference between spirit and matter.
