I had quite the eye opener this weekend when two things happened- I'm absolutely certain that the 5 rites are responsible for this!
1) In a rush of hyperactivity, I flung my 80-85kg burly male housemate over my shoulder just to see if I could. It was virtually effortless- I carried him around kicking and squealing for a few minutes with absolutely no strain
2) I moved all my bedroom belongings into another room alone. This meant lifting incredibly heavy, old wooden bookcases and wardrobes, etc... There is absolutely no way that I could have done this a few months ago. My housemates could not believe that I'd managed to tackle all the furniture alone
