What would be the best type of exercise to add once you have mastered the 5 T's? I haven't yet, but I was just wondering. I like the simplicity of them and I don't want to add anything to the program that's overly complicated or likely to get me discouraged. Are there other yoga poses that would be useful to add? Or would you say that the 5 T's are a pretty complete workout for general fitness as they are? I have been trying to increase the amount I walk each day and I work in my garden some days. That's about it.
