I am looking for some incentive. I know that the energy gain from performing the rites is immediate but how long before you noticed (or others noticed) a more youthful look. Have you realized any health benefits? I see it from the perspective of getting the energy centres to spin for better health but can it cure? Any comments you have would be appreciated as I sit here on my butt looking at this opportunity. I am looking to change the looking into a doing. You know what I mean?
