I tried increasing them too fast, and had some back pain, and also strained my wrists. I wouldn't think that one of each form would actually do much to aggravate your back, and may actually improve it...I had already been seeing a chiropractor, and he adjusted my back before when I was overdoing it...but this time he says he notices my adjustments are much better and there are times he doesn't even adjust parts of me, where before every time was a 30,000 mile tune-up...LOL
