They abuse the Iraquis to instill FEAR.

It is and will continue to be part of the plan of the U.S. Army to instill fears in the Iraquis.

- illness too, chronic lingering illness.
- And division of the peoples there - within nations, within communities, within families, on the playground.

Its all planned and promoted by the people who tell the people we elect what to do.
