Hate to be Buttinski, but always have been a bit rude

Haven't hard time keepin it together.Just don't know how to use/handle new energy. 1st sleepy, time fast time drag, can't stay wake, alert. fall asleep anywhere, won't take car, might dose off. This morning I got up found paper and wrote:
