You know my son who died (see previous post) was also extremely connected to nature. I do not think he ever had a NDE, although he was in a serious car accident two years before he died. As far as we know, he was just knocked unconscious but it seems like it was after that, that he really understood the universe, life, etc. He would get so upset when he would watch the news and see people killing each other, etc. or the things that we (as humans) are doing to the planet. I couldn't believe how upset he would get at certain things and then he would just say, "You just don't get it Mom. We are are connected... everything, every person, every animal, every plant,...." Makes me wonder if he actually had some type of experience that made him more aware than most of us. Thanks again for your wonderful posts. I look forward to reading more.
