Its was a Bad Breath/ Sinus health Pack which includes a Colloidal Silver to perform a sinus flush with, an extract to balance your PH levels and a Zinc tongue cleaner to clear the tongue of the white layers I cut out dairy , milk etc completely while i was on the treatment and the mucus dried up, tongue is pink, breath is fresh, no more sinus headaches..... it works brilliantly best thing ive tried and ive tried alot of stuff! It was all really good quality too, very pure.
