Re: Mucus in throat causing bad breath?

After years of wondering why I had bad breath, I discovered that it came from allergies that caused PND... I tried everything on the market to "fix" it... But only AllegraD "cured" me.... The reason I put "cured" in quotation marks is because the real "cure" came from addressing what was CAUSING the allergies/PND/mucus, etc., and not how to "fix" it or "cover it up"... I may resort to allergy shot therapy, but in the meantime I am doing Liver Flushes in the hopes that I can decrease my sensitivities....

LadyC is correct in that mucus-causing foods (dairy, wheat, eggs, etc.) exasperate this problem of yours, as well as the fact that they are often the cause allergic reactions themselves... What are you allergic to?? Is it in your daily environment? Do you even KNOW what you're allergic to? A simple test could change your life.....

My personal challenges are cats and house dust.... of which I have both... But I refuse to give up either... :)

Good luck!

Just my two bits...
