some help for fecal body odor
Hello i used to have fecal
Body Odor for about a year and a half. I tried a lot of methods, including
Bowel Cleanse and supplements but i'd always have terrible gas/constipation and fecal b.o. I started eating very clean for long periods of time (4 months) and exercise and focussing on losing weight (mostly bodybuilding, long walking) and my odor is completely gone. Dropped about 30 lbs and sticking to diet and training nowadays. Here's my meal plan usually.
4/5 meals:
CArbs:
-Brown Rice mixed with vegetables (onions, garlic, cucumber, carrots, parsley) 3 times a day
-Sometimes i substitute sweet potatoe for brown rice
- Whole wheat/soya bread once a day for breakfast
Protein Serve with every meal:
-Smoked ham (breakfast)
-Chicken (breat/ thigh)
-Tuna
-Salmon
-Lean Ground beef (not too often)
-Steak (small portion)
I also eat lots of parsley drink peppermint tea.
Train with weight 4x a week, cardio pretty much everyday.
I eat subway 2-3 times a week with brown bread usually before i workout.
Its hard but imo its the best way and you get used to it and you end up looking very good.
