Since you are new to Curezone, I must take that into consideration when I answer your post. The motto here is "educate not medicate". Most of the people that come to Curezone no longer listen to mainstream medical advice. Some of us got in bad shape believing the crap that is preached by doctors. Canola IS toxic. Toxic is exactly the word that best describes canola oil.

I believe nothing taught or any information written by medical school or any one affiliated with them. Harvard School of Health, New England Journal of Medicine, Brigham and Women's Hospital researchers and Mayo Clinic fall into this category.
