Re: An outline for a diet you should try.

Hello Tim-
Hope you are doing well. All of your posts are soooo informative that I just HAVE to ask you a zillion :-) questions that have crossed my mind and I really hope you will take the time to answer since you are so knowledgeable about diet. My problem is that yes, I have a Body Odor & bad breath that has been with me for years that I am trying to get rid of. When I first read your posts, I decided to try the "clean" diet and I am already noticing a difference. :-) I think I suffer from a yeast overgrowth but the problem is whenever I eat meat I REEK! It seems as if any meat will cause this. Also most carbohydrates (even wheat bead) cause me to reek as well. But since I am now taking the route of changing my diet I need to ask you for some SPECIFIC examples of what your daily menu/diet may entail. Also, I LOVE to eat bread and I LOVE to eat snacks but looks like those things are out now. Is there ANY kind of bread that you are eating that does not cause an odor? And are you able to eat butter or margarine? I know those are dairy but, have you eliminated those completely as well? Because whenever I eat bread I always like to toast it with butter but seems like bread is out now since it has yeast. How do you eat your brown rice? DO you eat it plain or are you adding something to make it a little tastier? Also, what types of "snacks" or treats do you eat to satisfy those Sugar or snack cravings? ALso, you stated you eat fish and Angus and Choice beef. What is the name of the type of fish you are consuming and are you frying your beef or do you bake/broil it. I know that may be a stupid question but I was told fried foods are not good for us so I have to ask.

As for myself, before I read your post I was on the "standard american diet (bad foods) but for the past few days, I have changed that and am already noticing a difference. I work in a bakery but I do not give in to bakery sweets so working in a bakery is ok. I will do whatever it takes to combat this body/breath odor because it is sooooo strong. Yes, I exercise about 2-3 times a week and have excellent hygeine.

Ok I know I've asked a zillion questions :-) but I hope you will be able to answer all of them because I am desperate to get my life back on track but I need some ideas of menu suggestions since I will be completely NEW to this new way of eating.
THanks in advance for taking the time to answer my questions Tim. ontinued good health to you.
